Why We Have Strict Device Rules
Because HBOT involves increased atmospheric pressure and higher oxygen concentrations, we keep tight controls around electronic devices and battery-powered equipment — which is why phones, smartwatches, tablets and similar devices stay outside the chamber during a session.

A Few Common Safety Questions
Why can't phones or devices go inside the chamber? +
Electronic devices and lithium-ion batteries aren't suited to the oxygen-enriched environment inside a chamber, so they stay outside during a session. We'll show you a simple routine for this when we set you up.
What happens if I need assistance during a session? +
You're always in control — you can pause or end a session yourself at any time, and we show you exactly how before you begin. Support is only a phone call or WhatsApp message away if you need it.
How do you make sure the equipment is safe? +
Each chamber is set up, operated and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines, with documented procedures for set-up, monitoring and shutdown.
Is HBOT screening required before every programme? +
Yes. Every client is screened for suitability before we recommend a session, rental or chamber purchase — so we can confirm HBOT is the right fit for your specific situation.
