You'll lie or sit comfortably in a soft-shell chamber while breathing concentrated oxygen. A typical session lasts 60–90 minutes. Most people feel relaxed during the session and energised afterward.

This depends on your condition and goals. Some people notice improvements after a handful of sessions, while chronic conditions often benefit from a longer programme of 20–40 sessions. Davitt will recommend a tailored plan on your discovery call.

HBOT is not currently covered by most health insurers in Ireland. To make it more accessible, we offer flexible clinic sessions, home rentals, and Klarna payment splitting across all our packages.

Every rental includes a soft-shell chamber, full delivery and professional installation, a safety walkthrough and training, a personalised protocol, and ongoing support from our team throughout your rental period.

Our home chambers operate at a therapeutic 1.5 ATA. Many clients find daily access at home produces the same or greater benefits than periodic clinic visits, simply because consistency matters more than the setting.

HBOT is generally well-tolerated. Some people experience temporary ear pressure, mild fatigue, or sinus discomfort. Side effects are usually mild and resolve quickly. We screen for suitability before every programme.
